Monitoring of raw materials

We check the product at every production stage, upon entering the plant and at every workplace. In addition, EUR pallets are checked for compliance with the EUR standard norm.

Finished product checks

IPPC pallets are inspected to verify their compliance with phytosanitary standards as required for IPPC certification.

Warehousing

We track and monitor the movement and duration of all stock items.

EUR/UIC certificate

EUR pallets are reusable four-sided wooden pallets that are tested for quality and subsequently marked according to the provisions of the standard.

IPPC certificate

The certificate confirms the compatibility of our production process of wooden products with the phytosanitary standards required by the European Union. We use the technology to perform phytosanitary heat treatment by reducing the humidity to 20% or less in such a way that the core of the dried element is processed in the chamber at a temperature of at least 56° C for at least 30 minutes.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO certification proves not only that the defined level of quality of services for customers is guaranteed, but also shows the systematic monitoring of the company's activities, which leads to the improvement of all processes and procedures in it. The company has a quality management system in place for:

Production of wooden packaging and blanks.
Sawing of logs and production of primary wooden products.
Heat treatment of wooden packaging according to FAO standard ISPM No. 15/2002
